The application form should be carefully filled up and registered personally at the College Office. Registration by post is permitted. The last date of registration will be notified on the College Notice Board. The first list will be announced after 3 days of the PUC results. The Application should be made with the following enclosures:
- Certified or photocopy of the PUC marks card.
- Xerox copy of caste certificate in Form 1 for SC/ST students issued by Tashildar or Social Welfare Officer.
- OBCs too should submit their certificates.
- For applicants from ISE and CBSE etc., copy of the Eligibility Certificate from the PUC Board, Karnataka.
A list of selected candidates will be posted on the College notice board. Selected candidates will present themselves punctually for the interview with their parents or guardians with all the original certificates listed below
- PUC Marks Card
- Conduct Certificate
- SC/ST certificate in Form 1, recently issued
- Three stamp size Photos
- Required amount of College Fees
- Transfer Certificate
For student from Non-Karnataka Education System, eligibility certificate from the PUC Board :
- OBC category certificate
- Baptism certificate for Catholics
Failure to appear for the interview on the date and time will entail cancellation of admission. The seat will be offered to the students in the waiting list. Recommendations will disqualify candidates from admission. All admissions are subject to the approval by the Academic and Governing Council of the college. The college will retain original certificates of admitted students, till the end of the academic course to which the students have been admitted
FEES:
The college does not collect any capitation fee. If anybody either from within or outside asks form donation for admission you are requested to inform the Principal, Vice-Principal or Rector of the college immediately. The case will be handed over to the Police. The fee structure will be posted on the notice board. Selected candidates will pay their fees within 24 hours after their admission. If they fail to do so their admission will be cancelled. Fees once paid will not be refunded.
Re-opening of classes: Classes for first year students of B.A./B.Sc. will begin on 13th June with orientation. Regular classes will start on 16th June. The Post-Graduate classes will begin on 30th June with orientation. The entrance examination for all PG courses will be held on Sunday, 1st June from 10.00 a.m. to 12 noon.
